Actor Vishnu Vishal recently opened up about his close bond with Aamir Khan, calling the Bollywood superstar "the greatest gift God has given" him. Vishnu and his wife, ace badminton player Jwala Gutta, celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary earlier this year, during which the actor also introduced their daughter, Mira, to the world. In the same post, he revealed that Aamir Khan had flown to Hyderabad to name their baby -- a gesture that reflected the depth of their friendship. "He was in production for a movie then, and they needed me to arrange a homestay instead of a hotel for a few months so his team would have more space to work," the actor recalled. "I remember arranging villas for them to stay, and we became friends from there." Vishnu mentioned that this happened in 2023 when Aamir Khan was in Chennai for his mother Zeenat Hussain's treatment. What started as a professional exchange soon turned into a meaningful friendship. Vishnu Vishal Says He Learnt Valuable Lessons from Aamir Khan Speaking about his admiration for Aamir Khan, Vishnu Vishal shared how the actor deeply influenced his approach to life and cinema. "His conviction has given me a new perspective towards filmmaking. I saw a very different man from who I initially thought he was," he said. "I always loved him as an actor, but I also saw the empathy and care he has for so many people," he continued. "Imagine having the kind of pressure and stature he carries, yet being that humble and gentle. I learnt from him as a producer, an actor, a father, a husband, and a human being." Aamir Khan's Family Supported Jwala Gutta During IVF Treatment Vishnu Vishal shared that Aamir Khan played a pivotal role during one of the most emotional phases of their lives. The couple had been struggling to conceive and had even begun exploring adoption when Aamir stepped in to help. "He helped us find a good IVF doctor in Mumbai for Jwala. When she became pregnant, it was an emotional moment for us because she had almost given up. Aamir brought joy back into our lives and treated us like family," Vishnu shared. He further revealed that Jwala stayed in Mumbai with Aamir's family for almost ten months during her treatment. "His mom and sister personally took care of her and treated her so well. That bond has now grown into a close friendship," he added. When Jwala finally became pregnant, Vishnu asked Aamir to name their baby as a gesture of gratitude. The couple later shared a video from the naming ceremony, showing Aamir Khan lovingly holding baby Mira. Vishnu Vishal and Jwala Gutta continue to hold Aamir Khan and his family in high regard, describing their friendship as one of the most meaningful relationships in their lives.
